Took over Compass, a road mobility analytics SaaS used by 25+ local authorities: an unstable app in production, where every module had its own code. Team of 3 developers.

• ·Moved to a clean architecture: TypeScript, business logic extracted into composables, one loading lifecycle shared by 8 modules
• ·A single map engine for 11 modules (186 files): a new module went from about 2 months to 1 week
• ·Full UI and UX redesign; V2 of most modules (Leaflet to Mapbox, Vue 3) and 3 new modules shipped end to end
• ·Performance: 17 → 61 fps on 34,000 road segments, 94% fewer features loaded, responses 5× lighter
• ·Quality and security: Playwright end-to-end tests (10 modules), GitLab CI, an arbitrary file read closed; architecture agreed with the back-end lead, documentation of all 11 modules
